Chatham County Fire Department Welcomes New Firefighters

The Chatham County Fire Department celebrated the graduation of its newest class of recruit firefighters from the CCFD Fire Academy. This class represents the 13th graduating group under the leadership of Training Chief Joshua Anderson and first under Training Coordinator Henry Pham.

Throughout the academy, recruits completed a four-month, 900 hour program. A structured and rigorous training program designed to prepare them for emergency response, fire suppression, and public safety operations.

The following individuals have successfully completed all academy requirements:

Peter Carroll

Ryan Higgins

Noah Murchison

Bryan Smith

Sebastian Agnew-Rossbauer

Harrison Raft

With their training complete, these firefighters are now prepared to serve the residents of Chatham County and will be asssigned to one of 13 stations throughout the county.
